Right of withdrawal

We do not want you to purchase items that can not satisfy your needs or expectations. That is why we are committed to helping you carefully choose each IWoodS object. However, if you are not 100% sure, you can always decide to proceed return it.

If you have changed your mind about the product received, according to Italian law you have time up to 14 days from the date of delivery to be able to return it.

In addition to the rights deriving from the law, as we want to make sure that you are really happy with the IWoodS items, we have decided to extend the time available to return to 30 days after delivery.

Timing:up to 30 days from the delivery date

Conditions: The item you intend to return must be intact, that is clean, free of scratches or dents, damage or abrasion. The products must be returned together with the accessories, components and packaging with which they were delivered.

We wish to remind you that the right of withdrawal may be exercised in relation to any product purchased on www.iwoods.it except for items specifically made for you or that have been customized especially for you.

The return process is very easy, simply contact us at (+39) 0575.1596681 or write to the e-mail at customercare@iwoods.it and our Team will guide you step by step.

Once our Team has indicated how to proceed with the refund, we will set a date and time when our courier will be able to pick up the product. Also with a view to your satisfaction, we will incur the cost of the return up to 2 times a year.



Refund methods and timing

Once the product reaches our warehouse, if the above conditions have been met, we will refund within 10 business days.

As soon as the refund is made, the IWoodS Team will send you a confirmation e-mail.

If the items returned have been altered in any way (ex. dents) or accessories or components are missing, we may have to deduct part or all of the amount from the refund.



Warranty

If you receive an IWoodS product that has conformity defects or is not true to the description on the website, we will repair or replace the damaged component without you having to incur any additional costs.

We offer 24-month warranty from the delivery date on all our products and, in order to be valid, you will have to notify us about the defect within 2 months of detecting it.



Payment methods

On the IWoodS website, we accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express).

We also accept payment by bank transfer for orders over € 100.00. The products will be shipped once the transfer has been received by IWoodS.

Most products that are not in stock will be specially made for you by our artisans. Therefore, it is important to check delivery times for each product indicated when purchasing. We recommend that you contact us to check actual production times for the product you chose to purchase.



Product delivery

You can indicate the address where you want the product to arrive at the order confirmation.

If the product is not in stock, this will be indicated in advance in the product details section and in the cart, and the average time it will take for our artisans to specifically make the item for you will also be specified. If at the time of ordering there are orders from other customers for the same product, manufacturing and delivery times could also vary considerably. Before placing the order of the product, please contact support at (+ 39) 0575.1596681 or e-mail customercare@iwoods.it to check what the actual waiting times are. Instead, if you would like to place your order immediately so as not to waste time, within 2 business days from placing the order, you will be informed about the actual delivery time and you will have 3 days to cancel your order. After 3 days from the reply from IWoodS regarding the actual delivery time of the products requested, the order will be considered final.

You will not have to incur any additional charges in respect of the amount indicated in the cart, since the price also includes shipping costs in Italy. Shipping is standard (3-4 business days) without any ancillary services included. If, once your item is ready, you want to shorten shipping times or customize the service by adding ancillary services such as delivery to your floor or delivery on Saturday, the cost may be charged. 

You can choose to select ancillary services and the shipping times when confirming the order and you will be shown any additional costs with respect to the cost of the products.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the order.

However, in the order section of your account, you will always find a summary of the orders you placed and know if the item you ordered is in production, shipping or track your parcel.
