What is the procedure for "Out of stock" products?

Most of the products you see online are ready for shipment from our warehouse. Others will be made by our artisans specially for you. In these cases, the waiting time is indicated when making the purchase and in the e-mail you receive once the order has been completed.

When ordering, delivery times may vary depending on the quantity of products you intend to purchase or because other users have decided to purchase the same product or products made by the same artisan at the same time. Please contact support at (+39) 0575.1596681 or e-mail customercare@iwoods.it to check what the actual waiting times are.

What is the return process?

We do not want you to purchase items that can not satisfy your needs or expectations. That is why we are committed to helping you carefully choose each IWoodS object. However, if you are not 100% sure,you can always decide to proceed return it .

If you change your mind after your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the item being delivered to you.

We wish to remind you that the right of withdrawal may be exercised in relation to any product purchased on www.iwoods.it except for items specifically made for you or that have been customized especially for you.

The return process is very easy, simply contact us at (+39) 0575.1596681 or write to the e-mail at customercare@iwoods.it and our Team will guide you step by step.

Once our Team has indicated how to proceed with the return, we will set a date and time when our courier will be able to pick up the product. Also with a view to your satisfaction, we will incur the cost of the return up to 2 times a year.

If you decide to return the product with a courier other than the one selected by us, the shipment costs will be covered by you.

When can I expect my refund?

Once the product reaches our warehouse, if the conditions for the return have been met, we will refund within 10 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, from our headquarters in Italy, we carry out shipments and deliveries all over Europe. However, if you would like to ship to a country outside of the EU, please contact us by email at info@iwoods.it

What is the shipment process?

Orders are shipped from Italy, directly from our warehouse in Arezzo. The products are delivered safely to the home address indicated when ordering. If you have specific shipping questions or if you have special delivery requirements, the IWoodS Team is always available at customercare@iwoods.it.

What are the delivery times?

With the Standard Shipment, the delivery time for warehouse products is 3-4 business days. For non-warehouse products, the delivery time is variable as the items specifically made for you; from the moment the product is ready, delivery will be in 3-4 business days. 


What are the shipping costs?

If you choose Standard, shipping costs are always covered by IWoodS. If you have further questions regarding shipping or particular delivery needs, the IWoodS staff is available at: customercare@iwoods.it.


What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and bank transfers. As soon as your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the order itself. In the "My Account" section of the website you will always find the history of your orders with the related details.
